高危妊娠孕妇对胎心监护仪的认知程度调查及其影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的浅析高危妊娠孕妇对胎心监护仪的认知程度调查及其影响因素。方法本次调查对象总计130例,均为2021年1~12月本院收治的高危妊娠孕妇,通过问卷对其进行胎心监护仪认知度调查,并整理基础资料,对影响孕妇胎心监护仪认知度的因素做分析。结果调查结果显示,63.08%高危妊娠孕妇认知度不佳、36.92%认知度良好。单因素分析显示,胎心监护仪认知度高的孕妇与认知度不佳者,在年龄、孕周、分娩次数、妊娠次数方面无显著差异(P>0.05);而在高危妊娠评分、文化程度、居住地、居住形式方面存在显著差异(P<0.05)。多因素Logistic回归分析显示,高危妊娠评分、文化程度、居住地、居住形式是影响高危妊娠孕妇对胎心监护仪认知程度的独立危险因素。结论超过一半的高危妊娠孕妇对胎心监护仪的认知程度不高,这与文化程度、居住地等众多因素相关,有必要做针对性干预,提高认知度,积极的使用胎心监护仪。胎心监护仪可以比较直接的判断胎儿状态,不仅对母婴无害,而且在产检和住院监测中均可应用,保证胎儿生命健康,改善妊娠结局。Objective To analyze the cognition of high-risk pregnant women to fetal heart rate monitor and its influencing factors.Methods A total of 130 cases were investigated,all of them were high-risk pregnant women admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to December 2021.The awareness of fetal heart rate monitor was investigated by questionnaire,and the basic data were sorted out to analyze the factors that affect the awareness of fetal heart rate monitor.Results Survey results showed that 63.08%of high-risk pregnant women had poor awareness and 36.92%had good awareness.Univariate analysis showed that there was no significant difference in age,gestational age,number of deliveries,and number of pregnancies between pregnant women with high cognition of fetal heart rate monitor and those with poor cognition(P>0.05);while had significant differences in high-risk pregnancy score,educational level,place of residence,and form of residence(P<0.05).Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that high-risk pregnancy score,education level,place of residence and living style were independent influencing factors of high-risk pregnant women's cognition of fetal heart monitor.Conclusion More than half of high-risk pregnant women don't know much about fetal heart rate monitor,which is related to many factors such as education level,place of residence,etc.It is necessary to make targeted intervention,raise awareness and actively use fetal heart rate monitor to ensure fetal life and health and improve pregnancy outcome.
