针对性护理措施对剖宫产产妇产褥感染的预防效果研究

摘　　要：目的探讨剖宫产产妇实施针对性护理预防产褥感染的效果。方法对2020年4月至2020年10月来我院分娩的70例剖宫产产妇以抽签法分为观察组(35例,给予针对性护理)和对照组(35例,给予常规护理)。比较不同护理后产妇的产褥感染发生率、产后24 h内出血量和睡眠质量评分、治疗依从性、护理满意度情况。结果①观察组产妇的产褥感染发生率(5.71%)明显比对照组(31.43%)低(P<0.05)。②观察组产妇产后24 h内出血量明显比对照组少,睡眠质量评分明显比对照组低(P<0.05)。③观察组产妇治疗依从性(94.29%)明显比对照组(74.29%)高(P<0.05)。④观察组产妇的护理满意度(97.14%)明显比对照组(82.86%)高(P<0.05)。结论临床对剖宫产的产妇在护理时实施针对性护理可以发挥理想的效果,不仅降低产妇产后产褥感染的发生概率,还可有效地减少产后24 h内出血量,提升睡眠质量,同时提升患者治疗依从性,优化整体治疗安全性与顺畅性,产妇对护理工作的满意度也更高。Objective To explore the effect of targeted nursing to prevent puerperal infections in women born by caesarean section.Methods Seventy cases of cesarean section women who came to our hospital for delivery from April 2020 to October 2020 were divided into observation group(35 cases,given targeted nursing)and control group(35 cases,routine nursing)by lottery method.The incidence of puerperium infection,blood loss within 24 hours after delivery,sleep quality scores,treatment compliance,and nursing satisfaction were compared among puerperae after different nursing care.Results(1)The incidence of puerperal infection in the observation group(5.71%)was significantly lower than that of the control group(31.43%)(P<0.05).(2)The blood loss within 24 hours after delivery in the observation group was significantly less than that in the control group,and the sleep quality score was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).(3)The treatment compliance of puerperae in the observation group(94.29%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(74.29%)(P<0.05).(4)The nursing satisfaction of the puerperae in the observation group(97.14%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(82.86%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Clinical care of cesarean section mothers should be targeted to achieve ideal results.It not only reduces the probability of puerperal infection after cesarean section,but also effectively reduces the amount of bleeding within 24 hours after delivery,and improves sleep quality.At the same time,it improves the patient's treatment compliance,optimizes the overall treatment safety and smoothness,and the maternal satisfaction with the nursing work is also higher.
