分析优质护理服务在呼吸衰竭护理中的临床效果

摘　　要：目的分析优质护理服务在呼吸衰竭护理中的临床应用效果。方法选择我院收治的82例呼吸衰竭患者作为本次研究对象,时间为2018年2月至2019年2月,将82例患者随机分为常规护理组和优质护理组,每组各41例,分别采用常规护理服务与优质护理服务两种服务模式进行护理,对比护理前后,两组患者对护理服务的满意度、生命指标、生活质量评分以及焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分情况。结果优质护理组患者对护理服务的满意度明显高于常规护理组患者对护理的满意度(P<0.05);优质护理组的生命指标(PaCO_(2)、PaO_(2)、心率)明显优于常规护理组(P<0.05);优质护理组患者护理后的SAS评分,明显低于常规护理组患者的SAS评分(P<0.05);优质护理组的生活质量评分显著高于常规护理组(P<0.05)。结论为呼吸衰竭患者行优质护理服务,能够有效地提高患者对护理服务的满意度,改善患者的生命指标,降低患者的SAS评分,提升患者的生活质量评分,临床效果显著。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of high-quality nursing service in respiratory failure nursing.Methods 82 patients with respiratory failure treated in our hospital from February 2018 to February 2019 were randomly divided into two groups:routine nursing group and high-quality nursing group,with 41 patients in each group.Conventional nursing service and quality nursing service were used for patients nursing,the nursing satisfaction,life indicators,quality of life score and anxiety self-rating scale(SAS)score of the two groups of patients before and after nursing were compared.Results The satisfaction of the patients in the high quality nursing group was significantly higher than that of the patients in the routine nursing group(P<0.05).The life index(PaCO_(2),PaO_(2),heart rate)of the high quality nursing group was significantly better than that of the routine nursing group(P<0.05).The SAS score of patients in the high quality nursing group was significantly lower than that in the routine nursing group(P<0.05).The quality of life score of high quality nursing group was significantly higher than that of the routine nursing group(P<0.05).Conclusion High-quality nursing services for patients with respiratory failure can effectively improve patients'satisfaction with nursing services,improve patients'life indicators,reduce patients'SAS score,improve patients'quality of life score,clinical effect is obvious.
