持续性人文关怀理念在ICU护理中的应用效果及对患者生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的分析持续性人文关怀理念在ICU护理中的应用效果及对患者生活质量的影响。方法本文共选取108例观察对象,均为2020年11月至2021年11月来我院治疗的ICU患者,利用红绿双色球法进行分组,分为对照组(n=54,给予ICU常规护理)与研究组(n=54,给予持续性人文关怀护理+ICU常规护理)。对比分析两组的生活质量评分与护理满意度,观察两组的心理状态与睡眠质量。结果在生理功能、心理功能以及社会功能评分上,研究组高于对照组(P<0.05)。在护理满意度上,研究组高于对照组(P<0.05)。在SAS评分与SDS评分上,相较于对照组,研究组明显更低(P<0.05)。在入睡难度、觉醒次数、再入睡难度以及整体睡眠质量评分上,与对照组相比,研究组明显更低(P<0.05)。结论持续性人文关怀护理用于ICU患者的效果显著,对于患者生活质量和睡眠质量的改善具有促进作用,有利于舒缓患者的心理状态,提高患者的护理满意度。Objective To analyze the application effect of the concept of continuous humanistic care in ICU nursing and its impact on the quality of life of patients.Methods A total of 108 observation objects in this article,they are all ICU patients treated in our hospital from November 2020 to November 2021,were divided into control group(n=54,ICU routine care)and study group(n=54,continuous humanistic care+ICU routine care).The quality of life scores and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared and analyzed,and the mental state and sleep quality of the two groups were observed.Results The scores of physiological function,psychological function and social function were higher in the study group than in the control group(P<0.05).In terms of nursing satisfaction,the study group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the SAS score and SDS score were significantly lower in the study group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the study group was significantly lower in sleep depth,difficulty falling asleep,number of awakenings,difficulty falling asleep,and overall sleep quality scores(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of continuous humanistic care for ICU patients is significant.It can promote the improvement of patients'quality of life and sleep quality.It is beneficial to relieve patients'psychological state and improve patients'nursing satisfaction.It can be further promoted clinically.
