摘　　要：目的研究对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者实施优质护理对改善患者肺功能及预防感染的效果。方法取COPD患者82例(于2021年1月至2021年12月入我院就诊),以电脑分组的方式随机分为观察组与对照组,均41例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组则实施优质护理,比较两组患者经过不同护理后的感染情况发生率、肺功能情况、血气指标、满意度等情况的差异。结果①观察组(2例,占4.88%)出现感染的概率相比对照组(11例,占26.83%)更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。②护理前,两组患者的肺功能不显著(P>0.05);护理后,观察组患者肺功能的改善效果更加理想,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。③护理前,两组患者的血气指标无差异(P>0.05),护理后,观察组的血气指标得到更高水平的改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。④观察组(39例,占95.12%)患者对满意度的评价水平高于对照组(34例,占82.93%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论优质护理应用于COPD患者护理中,可以有效地改善患者的肺功能和血气指标,降低感染的发生概率,提高整体满意度。Objective To study the effect of high-quality nursing on patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease on improving lung function and preventing infection.Methods A total of 82 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(who were admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to December 2021)were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group by computer grouping,with 41 cases in each.The control group received routine nursing care,while the observation group received high-quality nursing care.The differences in the incidence of infection,pulmonary function,blood gas indexes,and satisfaction after different nursing care were compared between the two groups.Results(1)The incidence of infection in the observation group(2 cases,accounting for 4.88%)after nursing was lower than that in the control group(11 cases,accounting for 26.83%),and the difference met the statistical standard(P<0.05).(2)Before nursing,the pulmonary function index of the patients was not good,and there was no significant difference between them(P>0.05).After nursing,the pulmonary function of the two groups of patients was improved,and the improvement effect of the pulmonary function index of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).(3)Before nursing,the blood gas indexes of the patients were not good,and there was no significant difference between them(P>0.05).After nursing,the blood gas indexes of the two groups of patients were improved.The improvement effect of blood gas indexes in the observation group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was in line with the statistical standard(P<0.05).(4)After nursing,the patients in the observation group(39 cases,accounting for 95.12%)had higher satisfaction with nursing than the control group(34 cases,accounting for 82.93%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of high-quality nursing in the nursing of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease can effectively improve the
