摘  要:配电变压器低压箔式绕组不同的引线结构会对产品成本和性能产生一定的影响,本文针对箔式绕组三种绕组出头的引线结构进行仿真分析,三种结构下引线磁场在夹件中产生的损耗有较大差别,尤其是首末头引线在夹件两侧的结构,会在夹件中产生较大损耗,产品低压引线电流越大,损耗增加越快。综合考虑,采用在夹件内侧引出绕组首末头的引线结构更为经济合理。Different lead structure will have certain influence on the product cost and performance, while distribution transformer using low-voltage foil winding. In this paper,three kinds of lead structures of foil winding are simulated and analyzed, the magnetic field in the clamp of lead loss has a great difference, especially the structure of the leads on both sides of the clamp will produce a large loss in the clamp. The higher the current, the faster the loss increases. Considering comprehensively, the structure of winding leads inside the clamp is more economical and reasonable.
