摘　　要：为了弥补YJ4系列摇架锁紧凸轮片与半释压衬套间易产生磨损,使摇架失压或操作力增大,部分老机改造需要改动清洁器等不足,结合细纱弹簧摇架、板簧摇架的结构及优点,研发YJ40A系列粗纱摇架;介绍其结构、参数和性能优势,通过对比不同企业试纺不同品种的纺纱指标,表明:YJ40A系列摇架压力稳定、抗衰减、平行度好、胶辊握持可靠,适纺性强;与PK1500,PK1550等型摇架的纺纱CV值相当,锭差表现优良,互换性好;老机改造时无需改动清洁器,且加压结合件在胶辊缠花时抗变形能力增强。In order to make up for the deficiencies that the locking CAM plate and semi-pressure release bushing of YJ4 series arms are easy to wear,making the arms lose pressure or the operating force increase,and some old machine transformation needs to change the cleaner,YJ40A series roving spring weighting arms are researched and developmented combined with the structure and advantages of spinning spring arms and leaf spring arms.The structure,parameters and performance advantages of YJ40A series arms are introduced.By comparing the spinning indexes of different varieties in different enterprises,the results show that YJ40A series arms has stable pressure,anti-attenuation,good parallelism,reliable holding of cots and strong adaptability to spinning.The spinning CV value is similar to that of PK1500,PK1550 and so on,and the spindle difference is good.YJ40A series arms have good interchangeability,and is no need to change the cleaner when the old machine is reformed,and the anti-deformation ability of the pressurized bond is enhanced when the cots is winded.
