摘　　要：为了提高精梳机顶梳的梳理效果、稳定成纱质量,通过试验对比不同顶梳齿密与不同质量纺纱原料、梳棉条、精梳条、棉纱细小纱疵间的关系;从是否使用顶梳清洁器和增加顶梳清洁次数,阐述精梳机顶梳清洁和维护保养对顶梳完好率的影响。指出:增加顶梳齿密对质量较差的纺纱原料及梳棉条改善效果显著;高齿密顶梳使精梳条棉结等指标显著下降,有利于减少棉纱中的细小纱疵;使用顶梳清洁器、增加顶梳清洁次数,顶梳完好率提高,精梳条质量有保障。In order to improve the carding effect and stabilize the yarn quality of top comb of comber,the relationship between the tooth density of different top comb and the spinning material,carded sliver,combed sliver and the fine yarn defects of cotton yarn of different quality is compared through experiments.The influence of top comb cleaning and maintenance on top comb perfect rate is expounded from whether to use top comb cleaner and increasing top comb cleaning times.It is pointed out that increasing the tooth density of top comb can improve the quality of yarn and carded sliver remarkably.The top comb of high tooth density significantly reduces the nep and other indexes of combed sliver,which is beneficial to reduce the fine yarn defects.By using top comb cleaner and increasing top comb cleaning times,top comb perfect rate is improved and combed sliver quality is guaranteed.
