摘　　要：为了解决胶圈、网格圈跑偏问题,分析跑偏的2种情况及跑偏的受力情况,详述胶圈、网格圈自身质量不良、其他器材专件安装和运行状态不良以及维护保养不到位导致跑偏的原因、规律、预防措施、原因判断方法及需要采取的措施。指出:胶圈、网格圈跑偏遵循“跑紧不跑松,跑高不跑低,跑大不跑小”的规律;预防跑偏的措施为胶圈、网格圈及相关机件位置精确定位、加强质量检验、保证安装及运行状态、加强人员技术培训等;生产中应准确判断、认真分析跑偏原因并制定针对性措施,保障好设备运行状态,杜绝胶圈、网格圈松紧边,确保其他器材专件位置安装准确等。In order to solve the problem of deviation of apron and lattice apron,two kinds circumstances of deviation and force situation of deviation are analyzed,causes,regularity,preventive measures,judgment methods of cause and measures to be taken are expounded in detail from the poor quality of the apron and lattice apron,and poor installation and operation status and inadequate maintenance of other accessories and parts.It is pointed out that the deviation of apron and lattice apron follows the law of“running tight but not loose,running high but not low,running big but not small”.The measures to prevent deviation are accurate positioning of apron,lattice apron and related parts,strengthening quality inspection,ensuring installation and operation status,strengthening technical training of personnel,etc.In production,we should accurately judge and carefully analyze the causes of deviation and formulate targeted measures to ensure the running state of equipment,eliminate loose edge and close edge of apron and lattice apron,and ensure the accurate installation of other accessories and parts.
