摘 要:为降低捻接失误率,从大吸嘴针布状态、砂纸状态、管腔状态、大吸嘴与筒纱隔距及平行度4个方面排查问题,并制定相应的改进措施;通过技术攻关前后数据对比,表明系统整机后,上纱失误率和捻接失误率均大幅降低。指出:应从处理落后单锭、统一单锭状态着手降低捻接失误率,重点围绕提升设备维修质量进行攻关,可进一步降低上纱失误率和捻接失误率,提升生产效率。In order to reduce the splice mistake rate,the problems are investigated from the four aspects of big suction nozzle card clothing state,sandpaper state,lumen state,the gauge and parallelism between the big suction nozzle and the cheese yarn,and corresponding improvement measures are formulated;through the data comparison before and after tackling key problems,it is shown that the yarn error rate and the splice mistake rate are greatly reduced when the machine is organized systematically.It is pointed out that we should deal with the backward single spindle and the unified single spindle state to reduce the splice mistake rate,and focus on improving the quality of equipment maintenance,which can further reduce the yarn error rate and the splice mistake rate,and improve production efficiency.
