摘　　要：为了满足客户要求,介绍采用立达R37型转杯纺纱机纺制高强度、低捻度OE 58.3 tex超柔纱的原料选配和工艺流程,分析纺制超柔纱时车肚花预处理、梳棉机状态调整、转杯选择等技术要点;通过不同规格型号转杯试纺结果对比,选择S344/S-D型转杯可保证生产正常,且棉纱条干CV值优,满足客户布面丰满、色泽洁白、结杂少的要求。指出:采用立达R37型转杯纺纱机生产OE 58.3 tex超柔纱,应对车肚花进行严格的预处理,调整好梳棉机状态,并选择适合型号的转杯,以确保成纱质量。In order to meet the requirements of customers,the raw material selection and process flow of high strength,low twist OE 58.3 tex super soft yarn spun by Rieter R37 rotor spinning machine are introduced.The technical points in spinning super soft yarn such as the pretreatment of card waste,adjustment of carding machine state and selection of rotor are analyzed.The comparison of different spinning results shows that S344/S-D rotor can ensure normal production,and the CV value of cotton yarn is excellent,so as to meet customers’requirements of fullness of cloth,white color and less neps&trash.It is pointed out that when OE 58.3 tex super soft yarn is produced by Rieter R37 rotor spinning machine,it is necessary to strictly pretreat the card waste,adjust the state of carding machine,and select the appropriate rotor to ensure the yarn quality.
