摘 要:目的 探讨妇科全身麻醉(全麻)术后发生肺炎患者通过超声雾化吸入与氧气雾化吸入治疗的效果。方法 95例妇科全麻术后发生肺炎患者,根据治疗方式的不同分为实验组(49例)与对照组(46例)。实验组实施氧气雾化吸入治疗,对照组实施超声雾化吸入治疗。比较两组相关症状消失时间,治疗前后氧分压(PaO_(2))、二氧化碳分压(PaCO_(2))、血氧饱和度,不良反应发生情况。结果 实验组肺部湿啰音、咽喉疼、咳嗽、发烧消失时间分别为(3.71±0.58)d、(4.79±0.57)d、(3.59±0.34)d、(2.81±0.46)h,均短于对照组的(4.69±0.57)d、(5.32±0.61)d、(4.87±0.49)d、(3.64±0.58)h,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,实验组PaO_(2)、血氧饱和度高于对照组,PaCO_(2)低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组不良反应发生率为6.12%,低于对照组的34.78%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对妇科全麻术后发生肺炎的患者使用氧气雾化吸入的方式治疗可以保证患者的血氧量,降低不良反应的发生,建议广泛应用。Objective To discuss the effect observation of ultrasonic atomization inhalation therapy and oxygen atomization inhalation therapy in patients with pneumonia after gynecological general anesthesia.Methods A total of 95 patients with pneumonia after gynecological general anesthesia were divided into experimental group (49 cases) and control group (46 cases) according to different treatment methods.The experimental group received oxygen atomization inhalation therapy,and the control group received ultrasonic atomization inhalation therapy.Both groups were compared in terms of disappearance time of related symptoms,partial pressure of oxygen (PaO;),partial pressure of carbon dioxide (PaCO;)and blood oxygen saturation before and after treatment,and occurrence of adverse reactions.Results The disappearance time of pulmonary wet rales,sore throat,cough and fever in the experimental group were(3.71±0.58) d,(4.79±0.57) d,(3.59±0.34) d,and (2.81±0.46) h,which were shorter than (4.69±0.57) d,(5.32±0.61) d,(4.87±0.49) d,and (3.64±0.58) h in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).After treatment,the PaO;and blood oxygen saturation in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and PaCO_(2)was lower than that in the control group.All the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was 6.12%,which was lower than 34.78% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with pneumonia after gynecological general anesthesia,oxygen atomization inhalation can ensure the patient’s blood oxygen and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions.It is recommended to be widely used.
