摘　　要：目的 评价乳果糖联合布拉酵母菌散治疗的小儿功能性便秘(FC)可行性。方法 120例FC患儿,按照随机法分为对照组和观察组,每组60例。对照组采用乳果糖治疗,观察组采用乳果糖联合布拉酵母菌散治疗。比较两组临床疗效及治疗前后便秘症状积分、血清神经降压素(NT)、P物质(SP)水平。结果 治疗4周后,观察组患儿的总有效率98.33%高于对照组的75.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组便秘症状积分、NT、SP水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗4周后,观察组患儿便秘症状积分(5.05±0.30)分低于对照组的(8.20±0.50)分, NT(50.80±6.50)ng/L、SP(44.50±4.50)ng/L均高于对照组的(45.20±5.60)、(38.50±4.30)ng/L,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 乳果糖联合布拉酵母菌散治疗小儿FC的效果显著,能促进患儿肠道功能、临床症状改善。Objective To evaluate the feasibility of lactulose combined with saccharomyces boulardii sachets in the treatment of infantile functional constipation (FC) in children.Methods A total of 120 children with FC were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with lactulose,and the observation group was treated with lactulose combined with saccharomyces boulardii sachets.The clinical efficacy,constipation symptom score,serum neurotensin (NT) and substance P (SP) levels before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After 4 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 98.33%,which was higher than 75.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in constipation symptom scores,NT and SP levels between the two groups (P>0.05).After4 weeks of treatment,the constipation symptom score (5.05±0.30) points in the observation group was lower than(8.20±0.50) points in the control group,and the NT (50.80±6.50) ng/L and SP (44.50±4.50) ng/L were higher than (45.20±5.60) and (38.50±4.30) ng/L in the control group.All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Lactulose combined with saccharomyces boulardii sachets has significant effect in the treatment of infantile functional constipation,which can promote the improvement of intestinal function and clinical symptoms in children.
