参苓白术汤联合电针足三里治疗功能性消化不良的效果研究

摘　　要：目的 探究参苓白术汤联合电针足三里对于功能性消化不良的治疗效果。方法 60例功能性消化不良患者,随机分为对照组与试验组,每组30例。对照组给予胃肠减压及对症支持等常规治疗,试验组在对照组基础上增加参苓白术汤联合电针足三里治疗。对比两组患者的肠鸣音恢复时间、腹胀评分、通便率、首次排便时间和住院时间。结果 试验组患者肠鸣音恢复时间(14.56±0.99)h短于对照组的(41.75±2.55)h,腹胀评分(1.37±0.78)分低于对照组的(3.01±0.73)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者的首次排便时间(25.03±1.45)h以及住院时间(141.21±10.11)h短于对照组的(50.42±6.59)、(191.07±9.07)h,通便率86.67%高于对照组的53.33%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 参苓白术汤联合电针足三里治疗功能性消化不良效果显著,明显改善患者的胃肠功能,在临床中具有广泛应用的价值。Objective To investigate the effect of Shenling Baizhu decoction combined with electroacupuncture on Zusanli acupoint in the treatment of functional dyspepsia. Methods A total of 60 patients with functional dyspepsia were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional treatment such as gastrointestinal decompression and symptomatic support, and the experimental group was additionally treated with Shenling Baizhu Decoction combined with electroacupuncture at Zusanli acupoint on the basis of the control group. The recovery time of bowel sounds, abdominal distension score, laxative rate, time to first defecation and hospitalization time were compared between the two groups. Results The recovery time of bowel sounds(14.56±0.99) h in the experimental group was shorter than(41.75±2.55) h in the control group, and the abdominal distension score(1.37±0.78) points was lower than(3.01±0.73) points in the control group. All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The time to first defecation(25.03±1.45) h and hospitalization time(141.21±10.11) h in the experimental group were shorter than(50.42±6.59) and(191.07±9.07) h in the control group, and the defecation rate 86.67% was higher than 53.33% in the control group. All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Shenling Baizhu Decoction combined with electroacupuncture at Zusanli acupoint has a significant effect in the treatment of functional dyspepsia, and can significantly improve the gastrointestinal function of patients, which has wide application value in clinical practice.
