摘　　要：蝴蝶是生态系统的重要组成部分,是对气候环境变化最敏感的指示类群之一。2018年4—9月,采用样线调查法对浙江省泰顺县乌岩岭国家级自然保护区(以下简称乌岩岭自然保护区)及其周边区域的蝴蝶多样性进行调查,并对其动态变化规律进行了分析。结果表明:乌岩岭自然保护区及其周边区域共观测到蝴蝶160种,分属11科89属,其中优势科为凤蝶科Papilionidae(20种)、眼蝶科Satyridae(25种)、蛱蝶科Nymphalidae(46种)、弄蝶科Hesperiidae(36种),其中黑脉长标弄蝶Telicota besta Evans和栾川俳弄蝶Pedesta luanchuanensis Wang&Niu为浙江省蝶类新记录;在调查时间段内,该区域蝴蝶物种数量随着调查月份的增加呈现先增加后减少的变化趋势,在7月时达到顶峰,4月时最少;该区域蝴蝶群落的Simpson指数、Shannon-Wiener指数和Pielou指数在不同月份之间基本上维持在同一个水平,月份之间的波动很小,均以4月为最低,8月为最高。本次调查掌握该样区蝴蝶多样性现状,包括蝴蝶的种类、数量、分布的年度变化和面临的威胁因素,进一步证明了泰顺县优越的生态环境非常适合蝴蝶生存。From April to September 2018,investigations were made on butterfly by line transect in Wuyanling National Nature Reserve and surrounding areas in Taishun county of Zhejiang province.The results showed that there were a total of 160 species of butterflies observed,belonging to 11 families and 89 genera.The dominant families were Papilionidae(20 species),Satyridae(25 species),Nymphalidae(46 species),Hesperiidae(36 species).Telicota besta and Pedesta luanchuanensis were new records in the province.The number of butterfly species increased to the peak in July and to the least in April.The Simpson dominance index,Shannon-Wiener diversity index and Pielou evenness index of butterfly community in this area was normally stable in different months,with April the lowest and August the highest.
