摘 要:铯铅碘二溴(CsPbI_(2)Br)钙钛矿具备合适的容忍因子与良好的热稳定性,是无机钙钛矿太阳电池的理想材料,而其转化效率低、工艺重复性差的缺陷,阻碍了CsPbI_(2)Br太阳电池性能的进一步提高.研究CsPbI_(2)Br无机钙钛矿太阳电池的制备工艺发现,成膜环境对CsPbI_(2)Br薄膜的均匀性、光学性质及器件性能重复性具有较大影响.提出采用反萃空转辅助生长工艺提升CsPbI_(2)Br薄膜的晶粒尺寸,提高结晶度,降低缺陷态密度,并获得14.1%的CsPbI_(2)Br太阳电池光电转换效率.反萃空转辅助生长工艺降低了周围环境氛围对薄膜质量的影响,提高了器件制备的可重复性.Cesium lead iodide dibromide(CsPbI_(2)Br)perovskite is an ideal material for inorganic perovskite solar cells due to its suitable tolerance factor and good thermal stability.However,the defects of low power conversion efficiency and poor device reproducibility hinder the further improvement of the performance of inorganic CsPbI_(2)Br solar cells.By studying the preparation process of CsPbI_(2)Br inorganic perovskite solar cells,we find that the film-forming environment has a great influence on the uniformity,optical properties and device performance repeatability of CsPbI_(2)Br films.In this paper,a stripping and idling assisted growing process strategy is proposed to obtain CsPbI_(2)Br films with large grain size,high crystallinity,and low trap-defects density.The power conversion efficiency of CsPbI_(2)Br perovskite solar cells reaches 14.1%.More importantly,this method greatly reduces the influence of ambient conditions on the film quality and improves the reproducibility of the device.
