摘 要:本文针对尿液有形成分分析仪相关发展过程和研究现状进行系统性介绍,并对现阶段临床中应用较多的尿液有形成分分析仪类型、仪器工作原理、主要性能特点、临床应用情况以及优劣势进行分析,并指出以全视野实景沉渣形态显示技术为主要原理并应用一次性计数板的全自动尿液有形成分分析仪以及尿液干化学分析仪集为一体化的全自动尿液分析检测系统是未来该类仪器发展的必然方向。This article systematically introduces the related development process and research status of urine formed element analyzers,and introduces the types,working principles,main performance characteristics,and clinical applications of urine formed element analyzers that are more commonly used in clinical practice at this stage.It analyzes the advantages and disadvantages,and points out that the automatic urine formed element analyzer and the urine dry chemistry analyzer are integrated with the full-field real-life sediment morphology display technology as the main principle and the use of a disposable counting board.Liquid analysis and detection system is the inevitable direction of the development of this type of instrument in the future.
