摘　　要：目的:分析不同胸腔镜手术切除方式治疗肺部小结节效果。方法:选取2019年1月~2020年1月收治的54例肺部小结节手术患者为研究对象,随机分为实验组和对照组,各27例,对照组实施常规手术,实验组实施不同胸腔镜手术治疗,对比患者手术并发症发生率、手术指标以及生活质量和VAS疼痛评分。结果:在手术完成后,两组患者均有不同程度并发症发生,但是实验组患者的并发症发生率相对于对照组来说明显更低,两组数据对比差异显著(P<0.05)。同时实验结果中,实验组患者的手术指标以及生活质量评分明显优于对照组,数据对比分析差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:在进行肺部小结节疾病治疗时,选择胸腔镜下手术进行治疗,能够获得更为良好的治疗效果,有助于提高患者的生活质量,并改善患者的病情。Objective:To analyze the effect of different thoracoscopic surgery in the treatment of small pulmonary nodules.Methods:From January 2019 to January 2020,54 patients with small pulmonary nodules were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,27 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional surgery,and the experimental group was treated with different thoracoscopic surgery.The incidence of surgical complications,surgical indicators,quality of life and VAS pain score were compared.Results:After the completion of the operation,the two groups of patients had different degrees and incidence,but the incidence of disease in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).At the same time,in the experimental results,the operation index and quality of life score of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of small pulmonary nodules,the choice of thoracoscopic surgery for treatment,can obtain better treatment effect,help to improve the quality of life of patients,and improve the condition of patients.
