联合应用经阴道彩超和经腹部彩超诊断妇产科急腹症的临床价值研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨联合应用经阴道彩超和经腹部彩超诊断妇产科急腹症的临床价值。方法:选取2019年1月~2020年4月本院收治的68例妇产科急腹症患者作为研究对象。患者术前先行经腹部彩超检查,再行经阴道彩超检查,分类统计两种彩超对妇科急腹症诊断结果,并与手术病理结果对比。结果:联合检查对黄体破裂、异位妊娠、卵巢肿瘤蒂扭转、急性盆腔炎、宫颈/宫腔粘连和其他妇产科急腹症诊断与手术病理符合率显著高于经腹部和经阴道彩超,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);经腹部彩超符合率显著低于经阴道彩超,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合检查与病理诊断符合率显著高于经腹部和经阴道彩超单独检查,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:腹部彩超与阴道彩超联合应用,可有效提升诊断准确性,可为临床治疗及手术分析提供可靠的参考依据。Objective:To explore the clinical value of combined application of transvaginal color ultrasound and transabdominal color ultrasound in the diagnosis of acute abdomen in obstetrics and gynecology.Methods:A total of 68 patients with acute abdomen of obstetrics and gynecology admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to April 2020 were selected as the research objects.The patients were first examined by transabdominal ultrasonography before surgery,and then underwent transvaginal ultrasonography.The diagnostic results of the two kinds of ultrasonography for gynecological acute abdomen were classified and compared with the surgical pathological results.Results:The coincidence rate of combined examination for corpus luteum rupture,ectopic pregnancy,ovarian tumor pedicle torsion,acute pelvic inflammatory disease,cervical/intrauterine adhesion and other acute abdomen in obstetrics and gynecology was significantly higher than that of transabdominal and transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The coincidence rate of transabdominal color Doppler ultrasound was significantly lower than that of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The coincidence rate of combined examination and pathological diagnosis was significantly higher than that of transabdominal and transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound alone,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combined application of abdominal color ultrasound and vaginal color ultrasound can effectively improve the diagnostic accuracy and provide a reliable reference for clinical treatment and surgical analysis.
