摘 要:目的:探析在实施尘肺诊断的过程中DR与X射线胸片的临床应用价值。方法:本研究以本体检中心确诊的尘肺患者105例作为研究对象,所有患者均给予DR和X射线胸片诊断,分析两种方法的诊断准确率。结果:与X射线胸片相比,DR诊断Ⅰ期尘肺的准确率与总检测准确率均明显较高,P<0.05。在Ⅱ期与Ⅲ期诊断准确率的比较上,X射线胸片与DR诊断差异并无统计学意义,P>0.05。结论:在实施尘肺诊断的过程中,DR的准确率明显优于X射线胸片,有助于临床治疗方案的制定。Objective:To explore the clinical application value of DR and X-ray chest film in the diagnosis of pneumoconiosis.Methods:In this study,105 cases of pneumoconiosis patients diagnosed in our hospital were taken as the research objects.All patients were diagnosed with DR and chest X-ray,and the diagnostic accuracy of the two methods was analyzed.Results:Compared with chest radiographs,the accuracy of DR in the diagnosis of stage Ⅰ pneumoconiosis and the total detection accuracy were significantly higher(P<0.05).In the comparison of the diagnostic accuracy between stage Ⅱ and stage Ⅲ,there was no statistical significance between chest X-ray and DR diagnosis(P>0.05).Conclusion:In the process of the diagnosis of pneumoconiosis,the accuracy of DR is obviously better than that of chest X-ray,which is helpful to the formulation of clinical treatment plan.
