喉内镜下声带息肉摘除术的应用效果研究

摘　　要：目的:探究喉内镜下声带息肉摘除术的应用效果情况。方法:选择2017年5月~2020年5月本院收治的246例声带息肉患者为研究对象。对其实施支撑喉内镜下声带息肉摘除术治疗疾病,分析结果。结果:本组中,治愈者共计228例、好转者共计18例,总有效率为100.00%。所有受试者于术后2日原有声带嘶哑情况得以改善;患者术后出院时振幅微扰、频率微扰比率、基频、标准化噪声能量和谐噪比与术前相比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);出院时复查喉镜可发现仅2例患者存在声带边缘轻微肿胀,术后并发症发生率为0.81%(2/246)。结论:针对声带息肉患者来讲,为其开展支撑喉内镜下声带息肉摘除术治疗疾病能够取得满意成效。此法安全性强、有效性高。Objective:To explore the effect of vocal cord polyp extirpation under laryngeal endoscopy.Methods:A total of 246 patients with vocal cord polyps admitted to our hospital from May 2017 to May 2020 were selected as the research objects.The patients were treated with vocal polyp extraction under laryngeal support endoscopy and the results were analyzed.Results:In this group,a total of 228 cases were cured,18 cases were improved,the total effective rate was 100.00%.The original hoarseness of vocal cords of all subjects was improved 2 days after operation.The differences of amplitude perturbation,frequency perturbation ratio,fundamental frequency,standardized noise energy and harmonic noise ratio at postoperative discharge were statistically significant(P<0.05);Re-examination of laryngoscopy at discharge revealed that only 2 patients had slight swelling of vocal cord margin,and the postoperative complication rate was 0.81%(2/246).Conclusion:For patients with vocal cord polyps,the vocal cord polyp extraction under laryngeal support endoscopy can achieve satisfactory results.This method is safe and effective.
