摘　　要：目的:分析在急诊中毒患者洗胃过程中电动吸痰机联合全自动洗胃机的临床应用效果。方法:本次实验研究以本院急诊收治的中毒需要洗胃的患者66例作为实验对象,根据其入院先后顺序分为接受常规洗胃的对比组与接受电动吸痰机联合全自动洗胃机洗胃的实验组,每组各有患者33例。结果:实验组患者治疗效果、洗胃时间、胃液残留量、住院时间以及不良反应发生率均与对比组患者存在显著差异,P<0.05。结论:电动吸痰机联合全自动洗胃机在急诊中毒患者洗胃中的应用效果显著。Objective:To analyze the clinical application effect of electric sputum suction machine combined with automatic gastric lavage machine in the process of emergency poisoning patients’gastric lavage.Methods:In this study,66 cases of poisoning patients who needed gastric lavage admitted to the emergency department of our hospital were selected as the experimental subjects.According to the order of admission,they were divided into the comparison group receiving conventional gastric lavage and the experimental group receiving gastric lavage by electric sputum suction machine combined with automatic gastric lavage machine,with 33 patients in each group.Results:There were significant differences in the treatment effect,gastric lavage time,gastric fluid residual amount,hospital stay and incidence of adverse reactions between the experimental group and the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of electric sputum suction machine combined with automatic gastric lavage machine in emergency poisoning patients’gastric lavage is remarkable.
