PDCA理论在本院医疗设备维修管理中的应用观察

摘　　要：目的:观察PDCA理论在本院医疗设备维修管理中的应用效果。方法:选取2018年10月~2020年10月医院设备科管理维修工作中所涉及的100台医疗设备与器械作为研究对象,2019年10月~2020年10月为PDCA实施期间,2018年10月~2019年10月为PDCA实施前时间,对比实施前后设备的工作情况以及管理质量。结果:PDCA实施后的设备及时维修率为98%,运行完好率100%以及档案完整率98%明显高于实施前,本院医疗设备维修管理前后差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05);PDCA实施前的质量分数为(74.53±3.35)分;PDCA实施后的质量分数为(92.35±3.52)分,管理前后评分差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前医护人员工作满意度为50%,干预后医护人员工作满意度为90%,干预前后,医护人员对设备维修管理工作满意度差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:PDCA循环管理是一种科学有效的医疗设备管理措施,在实施过程中可环环相扣,使医疗设备维修管理取得较好效果,促进医疗设备管理的信息化和精细化。Objective:To observe the application effect of PDCA theory in the maintenance management of medical equipment in our hospital.Methods:From October 2018 to October 2020,100 sets of medical equipment and instruments involved in the management and maintenance of hospital equipment department were selected as the research objects.October 2019 to October 2020 is the implementation period of PDCA,and October 2018 to October 2019 is the pre-implementation period of PDCA.The working conditions and management quality of the equipment before and after the implementation are compared.Results:After the implementation of PDCA,the timely maintenance rate of equipment was 98%,the operation integrity rate was 100%and the file integrity rate was 98%,which were significantly higher than before,and the difference before and after the maintenance management of medical equipment in our hospital was statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality score before PDCA was(74.53±3.35)points.The quality score after the implementation of PDCA was(92.35±3.52)points,and the difference was statistically significant before and after the management(P<0.05).The job satisfaction of medical staff before and after the intervention was 50%and 90%,respectively.Before and after the intervention,there was statistically significant difference in the job satisfaction of medical staff on equipment maintenance management(P<0.05).Conclusion:PDCA cycle management is a scientific and effective medical equipment management measure.In the process of implementation,PDCA cycle management can be interlinked,which makes the medical equipment maintenance management achieve better results,promotes the information and refinement of medical equipment management.
