摘　　要：本文以天津市各区县为耦合单元,通过构建耦合模型,对2000年以来天津市碳排放、土地利用、产业发展三要素的空间演变进行了分析,进一步对这三要素的空间耦合协调情况进行了评价。根据耦合结果,将全市控碳分区划分为轻度失调区、濒临失调区、勉强协调区和中级协调区四类,并制定相应的控碳策略。Taking the districts and counties in Tianjin as the coupling unit, this paper analyzes the spatial evolution of the three factors of carbon emission, land use and industrial development in Tianjin since 2000 by constructing a coupling model. The spatial coupling coordination of these three elements is further evaluated. According to the coupling results, the city’s carbon control zoning is divided into four categories: mildly unbalanced areas, near-disordered areas, barely coordinated areas and intermediate coordination areas. Then corresponding carbon control strategies was formulated.
