经尿道等离子前列腺剜除术治疗前列腺良性增生症的临床观察

摘　　要：目的研究经尿道等离子前列腺剜除术对前列腺良性增生症进行治疗的效果。方法取前列腺良性增生症患者40例(于2021年1月至2021年12月入我院就诊),以电脑分组的方式随机分为观察组与对照组,均20例。观察组通过经尿道等离子前列腺剜除术治疗,对照组通过经尿道等离子电切术治疗,比较不同治疗的效果差异。结果①观察组(20例,占100.00%)的治疗有效率比对照组(14例,占70.00%)明显更高,差异符合统计学标准(P<0.05)。②术后观察组的并发症发生率(0)比对照组(4例,占20.00%)明显更低,差异符合统计学标准(P<0.05)。③观察组的手术时间短于对照组、术中出血量少于对照组,住院时间比对照组短,差异符合统计学标准(P<0.05)。④治疗前,两组患者的IPSS评分和RUV无明显差异(P>0.05),治疗后,观察组患者的IPSS评分和RUV改善情况优于对照组,差异符合统计学标准(P<0.05)。结论将经尿道等离子前列腺剜除术应用在前列腺良性增生症患者的治疗中所取得的效果比经尿道等离子电切术更好,能提升整体治疗的效果,安全性较高,手术质量较好,可以促进患者的恢复,有推荐应用的价值。Objective To study the effect of transurethral enucleation of the prostate on benign prostatic hyperplasia.Methods A total of 40 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia(who were admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to December 2021)were selected and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group by computer grouping,20 cases in each.The observation group was treated by transurethral plasma enucleation of the prostate,and the control group was treated by transurethral plasma electrosurgery,and the effect of different treatments was compared.Results(1)The effective rate of treatment in the observation group(20 cases,accounting for 100.00%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(14 cases,accounting for 70.00%),and the difference met the statistical standard(P<0.05).(2)Postoperative observation the incidence of complications in the observation group(0)was significantly lower than that in the control group(4 cases,accounting for 20.00%),and the difference was in line with the statistical standard(P<0.05).(3)The operation time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,the intraoperative blood loss was less than that of the control group,and the hospitalization time was shorter than that of the control group,and the differences were in line with the statistical standard(P<0.05).(4)Before treatment,there was no significant difference in IPSS score and RUV between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the improvement of IPSS score and RUV in the observation group was better than that in the control group,and the difference met the statistical standard(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of transurethral enucleation of the prostate in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia patients is better than that of transurethral plasma resection,which can improve the overall treatment effect,with higher safety and better surgical quality.It can promote the recovery of patients and has the value of recommended application.
