血液灌流联合血液透析治疗尿毒症患者皮肤瘙痒的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨对于尿毒症皮肤瘙痒患者运用血液灌流联合血液透析治疗的成效。方法挑选2018年11月至2019年11月我院收治的60例尿毒症皮肤瘙痒患者,利用数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,每组30例。对照组患者给予血液透析进行治疗,向观察组患者提供血液灌流联合血液透析治疗,就两组治疗成效进行比对。结果经治疗,观察组患者皮肤瘙痒疗效有效29例,总成效率96.67%;相比对照组皮肤瘙痒疗效有效21例,总成效率70.00%,观察组改善情况比对照组要优(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的各生化指标值都有较好转变,观察组的各生化指标水平改善情况相比对照组更好(P<0.05)。治疗前,比较两组治疗的瘙痒情况,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,与对照组比较,观察组的瘙痒评分更低(P<0.05)。结论选择血液灌流联合血液透析治疗尿毒症皮肤瘙痒患者,可以很大程度改善症状。Objective To explore the ef fect of hemoperfusion combined with hemodialysis on uremic pruritus patients.Methods Sixty uremic pruritus patients admitted to our hospital from November 2018 to November 2019 were selected and divided into control group and observation group with 30 cases in each group by digital table method.Patients in the control group were treated with hemodialysis,while patients in the observation group were treated with hemoperfusion combined with hemodialysis.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,29 patients in the observation group with skin pruritus were treated effectively,with an overall efficiency of 96.67%,compared with the control group,21 patients with skin pruritus were effective and the total efficiency was 70.00%,the improvement in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the biochemical index values of the two groups of patients were better changed,and the improvement of biochemical index level in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment the scores of skin pruritus between the two groups was comparative,which the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment,the score of skin pruritus in the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Hemoperfusion combined with hemodialysis can greatly improve the symptoms of uremic pruritu s patients.
