探讨人工流产术后实施即时上环联合人工周期治疗对预防宫腔粘连的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨人工流产术后实施即时上环联合人工周期治疗对预防宫腔粘连的临床效果。方法选择2018年3月至2018年10月在我院接受人工流产术的80例患者作为研究对象,结合患者的自身意愿分为对照组(妈富隆治疗)与观察组(即时上环联合人工周期治疗),每组包含40例患者,观察不同治疗方式下两组患者的宫腔是否出现粘连,比较患者的月经情况。结果观察组患者的宫腔粘连率为5.00%(2/40),明显低于对照组的37.50%(15/40),差异显著(P<0.05);观察组与对照组患者术后月经的恢复时间分别为(26.38±3.27)d、(33.65±3.34)d,差异显著(P<0.05),月经量正常的患者比例分别为95.00%(38/40)、25.00%(10/40),差异显著(P<0.05)。结论人工流产术后实施即时上环联合人工周期治疗能有效预防宫腔粘连的情况,能够起到一定的避孕作用,并且有利于解决女性术后月经不调的问题,临床治疗中值得应用推广。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of immediate upper ring combined with artificial cycle therapy on prevention of intrauterine adhesions after induced abortion.Methods Eighty patients who received artificial abortion in our hospital from March 2018 to October 2018 were selected as the research objects.According to their own wishes,they were divided into two groups:the control group(Marvelon treatment)and the observation group(immediate upper ring combined with artificial cycle treatment).Each group included 40 patients.Observe whether the uterine cavity of the two groups had adhesions under different treatment methods,and compare the menstruation of the patients.Results The rate of intrauterine adhesions in the observation group was 5.00%(2/40),significantly lower than that in the control group(37.50%,15/40),with a significant difference(P<0.05).The recovery time of menstruation in the observation group and the control group was(26.38±3.27)days,(33.65±3.34)days,with a significant difference(P<0.05).The proportion of patients with normal menstrual volume in the observation group and the control group was 95.00%(38/40),25.00%(10/40),respectively,the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of immediate upper ring combined with artificial cycle treatment after artificial abortion can effectively prevent the situation of intrauterine adhesions,play a certain role in contraception,and help to solve the problem of menstrual disorder after operation.It is worth popularizing in clinical treatment.
