颅内动脉瘤夹闭术的手术配合及护理配合分析

摘　　要：目的探究颅内动脉瘤夹闭术的手术配合及护理配合情况。方法选择2018年5月至2019年5月本院神经外科所收治的颅内动脉瘤患者116例为研究对象。为其开展显微镜颅内动脉瘤夹闭术,在患者接受手术中,实施针对性护理,分析手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间、护理满意度情况。结果患者术中出血量为(285.36±122.24)mL,住院时间为(18.52±3.21)d,手术时间为(2.81±0.55)h,患者的总治疗有效率达到了87.93%。在此其中,共计10例受试者在完成手术之后仍处于昏迷状态。生命体征稳定,其在ICU内护理2 d之后意识清醒、脉搏血压稳定,转至普通病房。所有患者针对于相关护理工作有112例表示满意,2例表示较满意,2例表示不满意。结论针对接受显微镜下颅内动脉瘤夹闭术的患者而言,护理人员应当熟练掌握手术器械的使用方式以及手术步骤,做好术中配合工作也是进行该项手术的重点护理内容。Objective To explore the surgical cooperation and nursing cooperation of intracranial aneurysm clipping.Methods A total of 116 patients with intracranial aneurysms admitted to the department of neurosurgery of our hospital from May 2018 to May 2019 were selected as the study subjects.Microscopic intracranial aneurysm clipping was performed for the patients.During the operation,targeted nursing was carried out to analyze the operation time,intraoperative blood loss,length of hospital stay and nursing satisfaction.Results Intraoperative blood loss was(285.36±122.24)mL,hospital stay was(18.52±3.21)d,operation time was(2.81±0.55)h.The total response rate was 87.93%.Among them,a total of 10 subjects were still in a coma after completing the operation.Life signs are stable,and they are conscious after nursing in ICU 2 days,and stable pulse blood pressure and move to ordinary ward.112 patients were satisfied with the related nursing work,2 patients were qnite satisfied,and 2 patients were not satisfied.Conclusion For patients undergoing microscopically clipped intracranial aneurysm,nursing staff should proficiency the use of surgical instruments and surgical procedures,and doing a good job of intraoperative cooperation is also the key nursing content of this operation.
