摘　　要：目的研究环氧化酶2(COX-2)、组胺H1(HRH1)、过氧化物合酶2(PTGS2)在腺性膀胱炎中的表达及其临床意义。方法本文使用整群随机化法选取2019年1月~2021年1月温州医科大学附属台州医院收治的腺性膀胱炎患者88例为腺性膀胱炎组,膀胱炎患者88例为对照组。使用免疫组化染色法检测COX-2、HRH1水平,使用RT-PCR技术检测PTGS2水平,使用ROC曲线分析COX-2、HRH1、PTGS2对腺性膀胱炎患者的诊断价值。结果腺性膀胱炎组的COX-2、HRH1、PTGS2水平高于对照组(均P<0.05);有梗阻患者的COX-2、HRH1、PTGS2水平高于无梗阻患者,有感染患者的COX-2、HRH1、PTGS2水平高于无感染患者,有结石患者的COX-2、HRH1、PTGS2水平高于无结石患者(均P<0.05);ROC分析COX-2、HRH1、PTGS2诊断腺性膀胱炎AUC低于三项联合,三项联合检测敏感度、准确度高于COX-2、HRH1、PTGS2水平单一检测(均P<0.05)。结论COX-2、HRH1、PTGS2在腺性膀胱炎患者中呈现高度表达,三者为腺性膀胱炎诊治提供借鉴指导。Objective To study the expression and clinical significance of cyclooxygenase 2(COX-2),histamine H1(HRH1)and peroxidase synthase 2(PTGS2)in glandular cystitis.Methods In this paper,the cluster randomization method was used to select 88 patients with cystitis glandularis who were diagnosed and treated in Taizhou Hospital of Zhejiang Province affiliated to Wenzhou Medical University from January 2019 to January 2021 as the cystitis glandularis group,and 88 patients with cystitis as the control group.The level of COX-2 and HRH1 was detected by immunohistochemical staining,the level of PTGS2 was detected by RT-PCR technology,and the diagnostic value of COX-2,HRH1 and PTGS2 in patients with glandular cystitis was analyzed by ROC curve.Results The levels of COX-2,HRH1,and PTGS2 in the glandular cystitis group were higher than those in the control group(all P<0.05);the levels of COX-2,HRH1 and PTGS2 in patients with obstruction were higher than those in patients without obstruction,and COX-2,HRH1,PTGS2 in patients with infection,and the levels of COX-2,HRH1,and PTGS2 in patients with stones were higher than those in patients without stones(all P<0.05);ROC analysis of COX-2,HRH1,and PTGS2 in the diagnosis of cystitis glandularis AUC was lower than the combination of three items.The sensitivity and accuracy of the three combined detections were higher than that of a single detection at the levels of COX-2,HRH1,and PTGS2(all P<0.05).Conclusion COX-2,HRH1,and PTGS2 are highly expressed in patients with glandular cystitis,and the three of them provide reference guidance for the diagnosis and treatment of glandular cystitis.
