激光针灸对老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者肺功能的影响及其戒烟效果

摘　　要：目的探讨激光针灸对老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的戒烟效果并分析其对患者肺功能的影响。方法回顾性选取2019年3月~2020年9月于宁波大学附属人民医院接受治疗的240例老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者作为研究对象,按照治疗方法不同分为观察组和对照组,每组各120例,对照组采用慢性阻塞性肺疾病常规疗法,观察组在对照组基础上采用激光针灸进行治疗,分析比较两组患者治疗后肺功能改变情况、两组患者戒烟情况及患者对治疗满意程度。结果治疗后,观察组气道阻力(Raw)明显低于对照组,气道传导率(Gaw)、1 s用力呼气量(FEV_(1))、呼气峰值流速(PEF)、第1秒用力呼气量占用力肺活量的百分比(FEV_(1)/FVC)均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05);观察组患者的治疗总有效率为90.00%,明显高于对照组的70.00%,两组比较,差异有统计意义(P<0.05);分别在治疗后3、6个月进行随访,观察组患者的戒断率(61.11%、88.89%)明显高于对照组(45.10%、68.63%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组总满意率为97.50%,明显高于对照组的89.17%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论相比单纯传统保守治疗,激光针灸可有效改善患者的肺功能指标,与传统保守治疗联合实施疗效显著,同时可促进患者及早戒烟。Objective To explore the effect of laser acupuncture and moxibustion on smoking cessation effect,and to analyze its effect on pulmonary function in elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods A total of 240 elderly patients with COPD treated in the Affiliated People′s Hospital of Ningbo University from March 2019 to September 2020 were retrospectively selected as study subjects and divided into the observation group(n=120)and the control group(n=120)according to different treatment methods.The control group was treated with conventional therapy for COPD,while the observation group was treated with laser acupuncture and moxibustion on the basis of treatment in the control group.After treatment,the changes in pulmonary function,smoking cessation and satisfaction of patients with the treatment were analyzed and compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the airway resistance(Raw)of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the airway conductance(Gaw),forced expiratory volume in 1 second(FEV_(1)),peak expiratory flow(PEF),and percentage of FEV_(1) in forced vital capacity(FEV_(1)/FVC)were all significantly higher than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(all P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 90.00%,which was significantly higher than 70.00%in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The cessation rates of patients in the observation group(61.11%,88.89%)were significantly higher than those in the control group(45.10%,68.63%)during the follow-up at 3 and 6 months after treatment,respectively,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The overall satisfaction rate in the observation group was 97.50%,which was significantly higher than 89.17%in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with traditional conservative treatment alone,laser acupuncture and moxibustion can effectively impr
