大建中汤中药保留灌肠联合消胀散穴位贴敷治疗虚寒性肠梗阻腹胀的效果观察

摘　　要：目的研究大建中汤中药保留灌肠联合消胀散穴位贴敷治疗虚寒性肠梗阻腹胀的效果,为临床研究提供指导。方法选取浙江中医药大学附属第二医院于2020年2月~2021年2月收治的78例肠梗阻患者进行研究,按照随机数字表分为观察组和对照组各39例。两组均进行常规治疗,对照组应用消胀散穴位贴敷治疗,观察组应用大建中汤中药保留灌肠联合消胀散穴位贴敷治疗。观察并比较两组患者治疗1个疗程后的临床治疗效果、治疗前及治疗1个疗程后腹胀情况以及生活质量评分情况。结果观察组总有效率为94.87%,显著高于对照组的76.92%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组重度腹胀均较治疗前显著减少,轻微腹胀较治疗前显著增加,且观察组较对照组减少、增加更显著,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组各生活质量评分较治疗前显著上升,且观察组显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论大建中汤中药保留灌肠联合消胀散穴位贴敷治疗虚寒性肠梗阻腹胀的效果显著,不仅能有效减轻患者腹胀不适,还能改善生活质量,利于身体康复,值得临床推广应用。Objective To study the observation on the effect of Dajianzhong decoction with chinese medicine retention enema combined with Xiaozhangsan acupoint application in treating deficiency and cold intestinal obstruction and abdominal distension,provide guidance for clinical research.Methods A total of 78 patients with intestinal obstruction admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of ZhejiangChinese MedicineUniversity from February 2020 to February 2021 were selected for the study,according to the random number table,they were divided into observation group and control group with 39 cases each.Both groups were treated with conventional treatment,the control group was treated with Xiaozhangsan acupoint application,and the observation group was treated with Dajianzhong decoction with chinese medicine retention enema combined with Xiaozhangsan acupoint application.The clinical effects of the two groups after 1 course of treatment,abdominal distension and defecation,and quality of life scores before and after 1 course of treatment were observed and compared.ResultsThe total effective rate of the observation group was 94.87%,which was significantly higher than 76.92%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the severe abdominal distension of the two groups was significantly reduced compared with that before treatment,and the slight abdominal distension was significantly increased compared with that before treatment,the decrease and increase of the observation group were more significant than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the quality of life scores of the two groups increased significantly compared with before treatment,and the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The traditional Chinese medicine retention enema of Dajianzhong decoction combined with Xiaozhangsan acupoint application has a significant effect on tre
