循证护理在晚期肺癌疼痛护理中的效果分析

摘　　要：目的研究分析循证护理在晚期肺癌疼痛护理中的应用效果。方法选取2018年1月~2020年1月杭州市肿瘤医院肿瘤科60例晚期肺癌癌痛患者,随机分为两组,每组各30例(随机数字表法),其中对照组采用常规护理,观察组则采用循证护理,然后比较两组患者的护理效果。结果护理后,观察组的癌因性疼痛评分[(2.94±0.67)分]、癌因性疲乏评分[(2.85±0.94)分]、SAS评分[(41.68±4.83)分]、SDS评分[(42.40±5.19)分]、PSQI评分[(10.41±1.98)分]均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者护理后的生理、心理、环境、社会关系生活质量评分分别为(83.45±6.37)分、(84.39±6.28)分、(82.46±5.14)分、(83.57±5.69)分,均高于对照组,且有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理总满意率观察组(96.67%)与对照组(80.00%)比较,观察组更高(P<0.05)。结论循证护理用于晚期肺癌癌痛患者中可有效减轻癌痛症状和疲乏症状,进一步减轻患者不良情绪和睡眠障碍,提升其生活质量,使其更加满意于护理服务。Objective To explore the effects of evidence-based nursing in pain nursing of advanced lung cancer.Methods From January 2018 to January 2020,a total of 60 patients with advanced lung cancer pain in the oncology department of Hangzhou Cancer Hospital were randomly divided into two groups(30 patients in each group)(by random number table method).The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given evidence-based nursing.The scores of cancer-induced pain,cancer-induced fatigue,bad mood,sleep quality,life quality and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the cancer-induced pain score[(2.94±0.67)points],cancer-induced fatigue score[(2.85±0.94)points],SAS score[(41.68±4.83)points],SDS score[(42.40±5.19)points]and PSQI score[(10.41±1.98)points]in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the quality of life scores in the fields of physiology,psychology,environment and social relationship in the observation group were(83.45±6.37)points,(84.39±6.28)points,(82.46±5.14)points and(83.57±5.69)points,respectively,which were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of nursing in the observation group was 96.67%,which was higher than that(80.00%)in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Evidence-based nursing can effectively alleviate symptoms of cancer pain and fatigue in patients with advanced lung cancer pain,further reduce patients'bad mood and sleep disorders,improve their quality of life,and make them more satisfied with nursing services.
