磷酸肌酸钠联合维生素C治疗小儿病毒性心肌炎的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨小儿病毒性心肌炎(VMC)应用磷酸肌酸钠+维生素C治疗效果及对心肌酶、肌钙蛋白水平影响。方法:纳入60例小儿VMC随机分组,其中30例对照组应用常规治疗与维生素C持续治疗14 d,30例实验组应用对照组用药结合磷酸肌酸钠持续治疗14 d,评价患者的疗效、心肌酶指标[天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、肌酸激酶(CK)、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)]与肌钙蛋白[心肌肌钙蛋白T(c TnT)]水平变化及不良反应情况。结果:实验组患者治疗总有效率93.33%高于对照组73.33%(P<0.05);治疗后AST、CK、CK-MB、c TnT低于治疗前,且实验组显著低于对照组(P<0.05);不良反应无显著差异。结论:应用磷酸肌酸钠联合维生素C治疗VMC患儿效果满意,显著降低患儿心肌酶及肌钙蛋白水平,同时不良反应发生率低。Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of sodium creatine phosphate+vitamin C on viral myocarditis(VMC)in children and its effect on the levels of myocardial enzymes and troponin.Methods:60 cases of VMC in children were randomly divided into two groups.30 cases in the control group were treated with routine treatment and vitamin C for 14 days,and 30 cases in the experimental group were treated with control group combined with sodium creatine phosphate for 14 days.The curative effect and Changes and adverse reactions of myocardial enzyme indexes[aspartate aminotransferase(AST),creatine kinase(CK),creatine kinase isoenzyme(CK-MB)]and troponin[cardiac troponin T(cTnT)].Results:The total effective rate in the experimental group was 93.33%higher than 73.33%in the control group(P<0.05);Ast,CK,CK-MB and cTnT in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in adverse reactions.Conclusion:The effect of sodium creatine phosphate combined with vitamin C in the treatment of children with VMC is satisfactory,the levels of myocardial enzymes and troponin are significantly reduced,and the incidence of adverse reactions is low.
