摘 要:为研究植物激素、育苗基质对黧蒴栲种子出苗率和生长量的影响,筛选出了黧蒴栲播种容器育苗的最佳激素种类和浓度,以及最佳育苗基质。结果表明:GGR6#、NAA和IBA试验中,黧蒴栲播种出苗率平均值最高的处理浓度分别是G_(3)(10 mg/L)、N_(3)(100 mg/L)和I_(2)(300 mg/L),最高平均出苗率分别为60.56%、65.83%和64.72%,除了IBA试验中I_(2)(300 mg/L)显著高于I_(4)(空白对照)之外,试验组内其余浓度的出苗率之间并无显著差异。播种基质B_(4)(黄心土)的平均出苗率最低,分别为24.44%、12.78%和20.56%,且显著低于其它实验组的出苗率;播种基质B_(3)(植物基质∶黄心土=1∶1)的平均出苗率最高,分别为69.17%、65.56%和59.17%,但与B_(1)、B_(2)的出苗率没有显著差异。不同浓度GGR6#处理的黧蒴栲苗木生长量之间不存在显著差异。而100 mg/LNAA和300 mg/LIBA对黧蒴栲生长量的影响最大,地径和苗高的平均值分别为3.95 mm、3.93 mm和31.64 cm、35.58 cm。500 mg/LNAA和500 mg/LIBA对黧蒴栲苗木生长有抑制作用。不同播种基质对黧蒴栲苗木地径和苗高的生长量均存在显著影响,而最佳育苗基质配方为B_(2)(珍珠岩∶黄心土=1∶1)。By studying the effects of plant hormones and seedling substrate on the emergence rate and growth of Castanopsis fissa seeds,the best hormone type and concentration of Castanopsis fissa seeding container and the best seedling substrate are screened out.The conclusion is that in GGR6#,NAA and IBA tests,the treatment concentrations with the highest average seedling emergence rate of Castanopsis fissa are G_(3)(10mg/L),N_(3)(100mg/L)and I_(2)(300mg/L),respectively,and the highest average seedling emergence rates are 60.56%,65.83%and 64.72%respectively,except that I_(2)(300mg/L)in IBA test is significantly higher than I_(4)(blank control).There was no significant difference in the emergence rate of other concentrations in the test group.The average seedling emergence rate of sowing substrate B_(4)(yellow subsoil)was the lowest,24.44%,12.78%and 20.56%respectively,which was significantly lower than that of other experimental groups;The average emergence rate of sowing substrate B_(3)(plant substrate∶yellow soil=1∶1)was the highest,69.17%,65.56%and 59.17%respectively,but there was no significant difference with B_(1)and B_(2).There was no significant difference in seedling growth between different concentrations of GGR6#treatment.100mg/L NAA and 300mg/L IBA had the greatest effect on the growth of Castanopsis fissa,and the average ground diameter and seedling height were 3.95mm,3.93mm,31.64cm and 35.58cm,respectively.500mg/L NAA and 500mg/L IBA inhibited the growth of Castanopsis fissa seedlings.Different sowing substrates had significant effects on the growth of ground diameter and height of Castanopsis fissa seedlings,and the best seedling substrate formula was B_(2)(perlite∶yellow soil=1∶1).
