摘　　要：基于派阳山全国林草科普基地宏观环境,运用层次分析法对派阳山林草科普基地风景资源进行了综合评价。通过构建以森林风景资源质量评价、科普康养开发利用条件评价和区域环境质量评价为项目层的林草科普基地风景资源综合评价指标体系,建立了综合评价计算模型,划分了等级标准,分析了派阳山林草科普基地开发生态科普康养的资源潜力。评价结果显示:派阳山林草科普基地风景资源综合评价体系中,项目层评价得分与权重值得分高低顺序保持一致,风景资源综合评价总分值78.28分,处于科普康养开发4级水平,具有较高的风景资源综合潜力,但也存在尚未完全开发、科普配套设施不齐全等劣势指标。提出了可通过生态科普、康养运动等建设,完善内部设施,兼顾经济、社会、生态效益,综合利用森林资源。Based on the macro environment of Paiyang Mountain National Forest and Grass Science Popularization Base,the analytic hierarchy process is used to comprehensively evaluate the landscape resources of Paiyang Mountain Forest and Grass Science Popularization Base.By constructing a comprehensive evaluation index system of landscape resources of forest and grass popular science bases with the quality evaluation of forest landscape resources,evaluation of development and utilization conditions of science popularization and health care,and evaluation of regional environmental quality as the project layers,a comprehensive evaluation calculation model is established;classification standards are established and the Paiyang Mountain Forest is analyzed.The grass science base develops the resource potential of ecological science popularization and health care.The evaluation results show that in the comprehensive evaluation system of landscape resources of Paiyang Mountain Forest and Grass Science Base,the project-level evaluation scores and weights are in the same order.The total evaluation score of forest scenery resources site construction was 78.28,which is at the fourth level of the wellness tourism development.The score indicates high suitability for forest scenery resources site construction,but there are also unfavorable indicators such as undeveloped resources and inadequate support facilities.Through the construction of ecological science popularization,health care activities,etc.,the internal facilities can be improved.The economic,social and ecological benefits should be taken into account and forest resources should be comprehensively utilized.
