摘　　要：从环境政治学的视角来看,“绿色行动主体”的发现与确定,既是当代人类社会生态化变革或社会生态转型理论研究中的关键性问题,也是自20世纪中后期以来世界各地兴起的绿色理论所不得不面对的实践层面上的严肃挑战。当代中国的生态文明建设作为一项面向最广泛社会大众的生态环境保护治理公共政策,无论是它的决策制定还是贯彻落实,都离不开各种类型的社会政治主体,而生态文明建设的社会主义性质也意味着,最广大人民群众是生态文明建设实践的焦点、轴心和动力源泉。基于对浙江省丽水市的实地考察发现,基层干部、绿色创业者和职业宣传员等群体在丽水生态文明建设中扮演着主要引领者与传播者角色,构成了推动一个整体性生态文明建设绿色行动的重要力量。就此而言,浙江省丽水市的地方实践在很大程度上为我国生态文明建设的主体动力机制提供了一种鲜活具体的阐释与例证,同时也就提供了关于环境政治学视域下“绿色施动者难题”的中国答案。Seen from the perspective of environmental politics,the discovery and identification of“subjects of green action”is a key issue in the contemporary theories of ecological reform or socio⁃ecological transformation of human society,and a serious challenge at the practical level for the green theories that have emerged around the world since the middle to late 20th century.The eco⁃civilization progress in contemporary China,as a public policy of environmental protection and governance for the widest range of society,is inseparable from all types of socio⁃political subjects,in both the decision making and the implementation.The socialist nature of eco⁃civilization progress also means that the broad masses of the people are the focus and power source of the eco⁃civilization progress.It was found from a field study in Lishui City of Zhejiang Province that groups such as grassroots cadres,entrepreneurs of green industries and professional publicists play the roles of major leaders and communicators in the eco⁃civilization progress in Lishui City,constituting an important force in promoting holistic green actions for eco⁃civilization progress.In this regard,the local practice of Lishui City provides a concrete interpretation and an example of the main driving mechanism for the eco⁃civilization progress in China,and meanwhile provides a Chinese answer to the“green agent dilemma”in the context of environmental politics.
