摘  要:通过光学显微镜、扫描电镜与能谱分析透射电镜等手段,研究了不同均匀化退火工艺对Al-4.6Mg-0.5Mn-0.12Zr-0.23Er合金组织的影响。研究结果表明:添加Er后,合金在280℃较低温度下退火能析出大量球状的Al_(3)Er析出相,且析出相长大速度很慢;在470℃长时间加热条件下,弥散粒子不会粗化,具有较高的热稳定性;合金在双级均匀化退火过程中析出纳米级Al_(3)Er粒子,还有少量Al_(6)Mn相粒子,均匀化退火后第二相减少。从第二相的溶解、元素分布以及粒子析出特性综合考虑,试验合金的最佳双级均匀化退火工艺为280℃8 h+470℃16 h。The effects of different homogenizing annealing processes on the microstructure of Al-4.6Mg-0.5Mn-0.12Zr-0.23Er alloy were studied with optical microscopy,scanning electron microscopy,energy spectrum analysis and transmission electron microscopy.The results show that after Er added,a large number of spherical Al_(3) Er precipitates can be obtained after annealing at 280℃,and the precipitates grow very slowly.Heated at 470℃ for a long time,the dispersion particles will not coarsen but have high thermal stability.The nano-sized Al_(3)Er particles and a slight amount of Al_(6)Mn particles are precipitated during the two-stage homogenization annealing,and the second phases decrease after homogenization annealing.Considering the dissolution of the second phases,element distribution and particle precipitation characteristics,the optimal two-stage homogenization annealing process is 280℃ 8h and 470 ℃ 16 h.
