摘  要:试验研究了7050铝合金在不同水温淬火后表面残余应力的分布规律,以及在20℃和60℃两种水温淬火后冷压变形对残余应力和时效后力学性能的影响。研究结果表明:试样表面残余应力随淬火水温升高而降低,但在,40℃~60℃水温淬火时,试样表面残余应力差异不明显。与20℃水温淬火的试样相比,60℃水温淬火的试样残余;应力较低、屈服强度较高,冷压变形后的残余应力消减效果不明显,残余应力甚至升高。淬火试样在1%~4%的冷压变形范围内,随冷压变形量的增加,合金时效后的屈服强度和抗拉强度呈先减小后增大的趋势。在冷压和时效之后,60℃淬火的试样的力学性能整体比20℃水淬火的试样的力学性能要好。较低的淬火水温、2%~3%的冷压变形量有利于在保持7050铝合金高强度的前提下,降低淬火残余应力。The study has been conducted on the distribution of residual stress on the surface of 7050 aluminum alloy after quenching at different water temperatures and the effect of cold deformation on the residual stress and after-ageing mechanical properties after quenching at 20 ℃ and 60 ℃. The research results indicate that residual stress on the sample surface decreases with the increase of quenching temperature. However, the difference of residual stress is small when the quenching water temperature is 40 ℃-60 ℃. In addition, compared with the sample quenched at 20 ℃, the sample quenched at 60 ℃ has lower residual stress and higher yield strength, while the reduction effect of residual stress after cold deformation is not obvious, the residual stress even increases. When the quenched sample is in the cold deformation range of 1%-4%, the yield strength and tensile strength of the alloy after aging first decrease and then increase with the rise of cold deformation. After cold pressing and aging treatment, the tensile properties of the samples quenched at 60 ℃ are better than those quenched at 20 ℃. The results show that the lower quenching water temperature and the cold deformation of 2%-3% are beneficial to reduce the quenching residual stress while maintaining the high strength of 7050 aluminum alloy.
