摘 要:随着纤维素材料的蓬勃发展,预处理对提升纤维素的反应性能显得更加重要。然而,不恰当的预处理过程会导致纤维素反应性能下降。因此,本文研究了不同浓度的NaOH溶液浸泡、烘干的预处理过程对棉短绒纤维素乙酰化反应活性的影响。XRD、FT-IR、TG分析表明,预处理不改变纤维素的晶型、连接键和官能团,但烘干过程导致了纤维的角质化,使纤维素的结晶度提高,降低了纤维的保水值和热稳定性。醋酸纤维素的透光率、取代度对比表明预处理后的纤维素乙酰化反应活性降低,这也是纤维角质化使纤维素在乙酰化过程中的可及度下降造成的。With the vigorous development of cellulose materials,pretreatment has become more important to improve the reactivity of cellulose.However,an improper pretreatment process can lead to a decrease in cellulose reactivity.Therefore,in this paper,the effects of different concentrations of NaOH solution soaking and drying on the acetylation activity of cotton linter cellulose were studied.XRD,FT-IR and TG analysis showed that pretreatment did not change the crystal form,bonding bonds and functional groups of cellulose,but the drying process led to the keratinization of the fiber,which increased the crystallinity of the cellulose and decreased the water retention value and thermal stability of the fiber.The comparison of light transmittance and substitution degree of cellulose acetate showed that the acetylation reaction activity of cellulose after pretreatment was reduced,which was also caused by the decrease of the accessibility of cellulose in the acetylation process due to fiber keratinization.
