摘　　要：集成处理器模块IPM是CCBⅡ制动机系统的主计算机,在整个系统中扮演着“大脑”的重要角色,若其不能正常工作或处于故障状态,将会对机车正常运用造成影响,甚至影响行车安全。IPM在机车运用时发生故障的种类较多,一般会伴随着故障代码的出现。文章对IPM加电惩罚制动进行了研究与分析,结合实际案例介绍了相关故障处理的思路与方案。IPM,the integrated processor module,is the main computer of CCB Ⅱ system and plays an important role of "brain" in the whole system. If it can’t work normally or in a fault state,it will affect the normal operation of the locomotive,and even affect the driving safety. There are many kinds of faults in IPM when locomotives are running, usually accompanied by the occurrence of fault codes. This paper studies and analyzes the IPM power-on penalty brake,and introduces the ideas and schemes of troubleshooting based on practical cases.
