摘　　要：目的分析2021年江苏省学龄前儿童水痘疫苗(Varicella vaccine,VarV)接种率。方法通过江苏省预防接种综合服务管理信息系统收集2014-2020年出生队列儿童的VarV接种个案信息,计算第1剂和第2剂VarV(VarV_(1)和VarV_(2))接种率。结果江苏省2014-2020年出生队列儿童共685.4万名,截至2021年,VarV_(1)和VarV_(2)累计接种率分别为49.4%和12.3%;各出生队列儿童分别在35.1%(2015年出生)-64.8%(2019年出生)、0.0%(2019年和2020年出生)-58.0%(2016年出生)之间。VarV自费和免费地区VarV_(1)累计接种率分别为28.2%和62.1%,VarV_(2)累计接种率分别为1.5%和18.9%。结论江苏省学龄前儿童VarV接种率总体偏低,VarV_(1)接种率呈上升趋势。需探讨将VarV纳入省级免疫规划的可行性。ObjectiveTo analyze coverage of varicella vaccine( VarV) among preschool children in Jiangsu province in 2021.MethodsWe obtained vaccination status of children in the 2014-2020 birth cohorts from the Jiangsu Vaccination Integrated Service Management Information System and calculated coverage levels of the first and second doses of VarV( VarV_(1)and VarV_(2)).ResultsA total of 6. 854million children were born during 2014 to 2020 in Jiangsu. As of 2021, cumulative coverage levels of VarV_(1)and VarV_(2) were 49. 4% and 12. 3%. Coverage by birth cohort for VarV_(1) ranged from 35. 1%(2015births) to 64. 8%(2019 births);for VarV_(2) coverage ranged from 0. 0%(2019 and 2020 births) to 58. 0%(2016 births). In areas with self-paid vs free VarV vaccination, cumulative coverage levels for VarV_(1) were 28. 2% and 62. 1%, and coverage levels for VarV_(2) were 1. 5% and 18. 9%, respectively.ConclusionsVarV coverage among preschool children in Jiangsu was generally low, while VarV_(1)coverage increased over time. We should explore the feasibility of introducing VarV into the provincial immunization program.
