摘　　要：目的 分析安徽省卡介苗(Bacillus Calmette-Guerin vaccine,BCG)预防接种后不良反应报告发生率。方法 通过中国疑似预防接种异常反应信息管理系统收集2017-2021年BCG不良反应报告个案,描述性分析BCG不良反应发生率。结果 2017-2021年安徽省共报告BCG不良反应193例,报告发生率为5.59/10万剂,其中一般反应、异常反应报告发生率分别为2.55/10万剂(88例)和3.04/10万剂(105例),局部脓肿、淋巴结炎、全身播散性BCG感染报告发生率分别为1.33/10万剂(46例)、0.93/10万剂(32例)、0.20/10万剂(7例)。结论 安徽省BCG不良反应报告发生率在预期范围内,严重不良反应极罕见。ObjectiveTo estimate the incidence of adverse reactions following immunization with bacillus Calmette-Guérin(BCG) vaccine reported in Anhui province.MethodsWe obtained data on adverse reactions from BCG vaccination from 2017 to 2021 that were reported to the Chinese Adverse Event Following Immunization Information Management System. We determined the incidence of BCG adverse reactions.ResultsA total of 193 BCG adverse reactions were reported from 2017 to 2021 in Anhui, for an incidence of 5. 59 per 100 000 doses. Incidences per 100 000 doses for common and rare adverse reactions were 2. 55(88 cases) and 3. 04(105 cases), respectively;for local abscess, lymphadenitis,and systemic disseminated BCG infection, incidences were 1. 33(46 cases), 0. 93(32 cases), and 0. 20(7 cases), respectively.ConclusionsThe reported incidence of BCG adverse reactions in Anhui was not higher than the expected;serious reactions were rare.
