南宁市1619例电动自行车交通伤患者流行病学特点研究

摘　　要：目的 探讨南宁市1619例急诊电动自行车交通伤患者的流行病学特征,为创伤预防及救治提供科学依据。方法 回顾性分析2017年1月—2021年1月广西壮族自治区人民医院急诊科就诊处置的电动自行车创伤患者数据,对患者的性别、年龄、受伤时间、受伤部位、致伤原因以及严重程度等作总结分析。结果 共1619例创伤患者,男性950例,女性669例,工人(23.6%)和农民(18.2%)的创伤发病率较其他职业人群高,交通伤发生时间段月份分布不均,5~10月创伤发生较多。创伤发生部位,由多至少排序分别为四肢骨盆636例(39.28%),头颈部387例(23.90%),面部294例(18.16%),胸部177例(10.93%),腹部91例(5.62%),脊柱34例(2.10%),其中以头颈部损伤严重程度较高(65.83%)。致伤原因中,与机动车碰撞(37.37%)及与电动自行车碰撞(33.91%)造成的创伤,在严重伤与重伤中占较大比重(84.18%)。结论 本地区急诊电动自行车交通伤患者中青年男性多见,以工人、农民及外卖行业为主,每年的5~10月高发,事故造成头颈部损伤以及与机动车碰撞,均是造成严重创伤的主要原因。Objective To explore and analyze the epidemiological characteristics of 1,619 emergency electric bike traffic injury patients in Nanning,so as to provide scientific basis for trauma prevention and treatment.Methods The data of electric trauma patients treated in the Emergency Department of the People’s Hospital of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region from Jan.2017 to Jan.2021 were retrospectively analyzed,and the gender,age,injury time,injury sites,cause of injury and severity of the patients were summarized and analyzed.Results A total of 1,619 trauma patients were collected,including 950 males and 669 females.The incidence rate of trauma in workers(23.6%)and farmers(18.2%)was higher than that of other occupation groups.The distribution of traffic injuries was uneven in different months,and more injuries occurred from May to October.The most common sites of trauma were limb and pelvis in 636 cases(39.28%),head and neck in 387 cases(23.90%),face in 294 cases(18.16%),chest in 177 cases(10.93%),abdomen in 91 cases(5.62%)and spine in 34 cases(2.10%),of which head and neck trauma had higher severity(65.83%).For the cause of injury,the injury caused by collision with motor vehicle(37.37%)and collision with electric bicycle(33.91%),accounted for a large proportion(84.18%)of the serious injury and severe injury.Conclusion In this region,emergency electric bike traffic injuries are more common among young and middle-aged men,mainly workers,farmers and takeout industry,with a high incidence from May to October every year.Head and neck trauma caused by accidents and collisions with motor vehicles are the main causes of serious injuries.
