摘　　要：骶髂关节复合体是位于骨盆后环的骨-韧带复合结构,主要由髂骨、骶骨及周围韧带组成,在连接躯干与下肢中起着重要的枢纽作用。加长骶髂关节螺钉是相对普通骶髂关节螺钉而言,是一种长度超过骶中线,最长穿过对侧骶髂关节的特殊骶髂关节螺钉,其理论上为双侧骶髂关节损伤、双侧骶骨骨折及其合并骨质疏松等病例带来了新的微创治疗选择。本文就加长骶髂关节螺钉治疗骶髂关节复合体损伤的研究进展进行总结及分析。The sacroiliac joint complex is a bone-ligament composite structure located in the posterior ring of the pelvis.It is mainly composed of the ilium,sacrum and surrounding ligaments.It plays an important pivotal role in connecting the trunk and lower limbs.The extended sacroiliac joint screw is a special sacroiliac joint screw with a length exceeding the mid-sacral line and the longest passing through the contralateral sacroiliac joint.In theory,it has brought new minimally invasive treatment options for bilateral sacroiliac joint injury,bilateral sacral fractures and their combined osteoporosis.This article summarizes and analyzes the research progress on the treatment of sacroiliac joint complex injuries with extended sacroiliac joint screws.
