摘 要:为解决建北煤矿高瓦斯煤层自然发火早期精准预测预报的难题,以该矿4204工作面煤层为研究对象,利用程序升温实验重点分析不同粒径煤样在升温氧化过程中CO、CO_(2)、C_(2)H_(6)、C_(2)H_(4)等气体体积分数的变化规律,通过格氏火灾系数等方法进行处理分析。结果表明,建北煤矿煤样出现CO的临界温度为60~80℃,且整体变化趋势呈指数增长,CO气体产生量与粒径呈反比关系;C_(2)H_(4)出现的温度约为120℃,且煤样粒径越小其体积分数增长越快。依照指标气体优选原则,确定建北煤矿4204工作面高瓦斯煤层煤自燃的优选指标:主要气体指标为CO、第二类火灾系数;辅助气体指标为C_(2)H_(4)、烯烷比φ(C_(2)H_(4))/φ(CH_(4))和φ(C_(2)H_(4))/φ(C_(2)H_(6))、第三类火灾系数。应用指标气体CO和煤温进行函数曲线拟合,进一步验证煤自燃程度。研究结果为建北煤矿高瓦斯煤层自燃预报提供了理论依据,对我国同类工况条件的高瓦斯煤层煤自燃早期预测预报与超前防控具有重要的指导意义。In order to solve the problem of early accurate prediction of spontaneous combustion in gassy coal seam of Jianbei Coal Mine,taking the coal seam of 4204 working face of the mine as the research object,the programmed temperature test was mainly used to analyze the variation law of CO,CO_(2),C_(2)H_(6),C_(2)H_(4)gas volume fraction in the process of temperature rising oxidation of coal samples with different particle sizes,and the treatment and analysis were carried out by means of Grignard fire coefficient.The results show that the critical temperature of CO in Jianbei Coal Mine is 60℃to 80℃,and the overall change trend is growing exponentially,and the relationship between CO gas production and particle size is inversely proportional;the temperature at which C_(2)H_(4)appears is about 120℃,and the smaller the coal particle size is,the faster the volume fraction increases.According to the principle of index gas optimization,the optimal indexes of spontaneous combustion of gassy coal seam in 4204 working face of Jianbei Coal Mine are determined as follows:CO and the second type fire coefficient are the main gas indexes;C_(2)H_(4),alkene ratioφ(C_(2)H_(4))/φ(CH_(4))andφ(C_(2)H_(4))/φ(C_(2)H_(6)),and the third type of fire coefficient are auxiliary gas indexes.The gas index CO and coal temperature are used for function fitting to further verify the degree of coal spontaneous combustion.The research results provides a theoretical basis for the prediction of spontaneous combustion of gassy coal seam in Jianbei Coal Mine,and has important guiding significance for the early prediction and advanced prevention and control of spontaneous combustion of gassy coal seam under similar working conditions in China.
