规范管理医用背囊在直升机伤员转运中的应用

摘　　要：目的对直升机伤员转运医用背囊的管理规范方法进行总结,使其更方便使用。方法将直升机伤员转运医用背囊物资按药品模块、包扎模块、止血模块、通气模块、固定模块、输液模块、器械工具模块共7个模块分类,制作成为电子物资清单,含物资品种、有效期及使用数量情况,方便物资补充及清单整理,并对药品模块、防水拉链、放置位置进行规范管理。结果直升机伤员转运演练8次,演练中发现规范后的医用背囊使用更加便捷,取用方便,救护快速,且提高了医疗队人员的满意度。结论对直升机上医用背囊进行规范化管理,不仅减少反复物资清点时间,且减少人力的投入,提高了工作效率。Objective To summarize the management standard and method of medical backpack in helicopter casualty transportation,so as to make it more convenient to use.Methods The medical backpack materials transferred by helicopter wounded were classified into 7 modules:drug module,bandage module,hemostasis module,ventilation module,fixation module,infusion module and instrument and tool module,and made into an electronic material list,including material variety,validity period and use quantity,so as to facilitate material supplement and list sorting,and the drug module,waterproof zipper Standardized management of placement position.Results There were 8 helicopter casualty transfer drills.It was found that the standardized medical backpack was more convenient to use,convenient to take and use,fast rescue,and improved the satisfaction of medical team personnel.Conclusion The standardized management of medical backpacks on helicopters can not only reduce the time of repeated material counting,but also reduce the investment of manpower and improve the work efficiency.
