摘 要:复杂煤层构造区导致综采工作面出现搬家倒面、跳采、缩短工作面等工艺调整,直接影响矿井采掘接续,制约矿井安全高效生产。以金家渠煤矿某工作面受逆断层(西翼)构造影响为例,综合采用探巷、钻孔钻探、三维地震资料精细解释的方法,研判工作面下部煤层结构沿走向600-994 m范围内出现翻转、分叉等地质构造异常现象。基于工作面下部沿走向和倾向范围内煤层赋存结构变化特征,就如何优化开采,探讨了跳采和缩短工作面的二套施工方案,从工程量、工期、作业环节及安全管控难度等要素,综合比对各方案的优缺点,经论证分析后决定采取方案二,即将运输顺槽向上侧平移75 m,重新施工110302工作面皮带运输巷(Ⅱ),避开地质构造影响区,回撤部分综采设备,形成新的回采系统,最终实现复杂构造区内煤层开采的高效化和资源利用最大化。The complex coal seam structure area leads to process adjustments such as moving backwards,skipping and shortening the working face,which directly affects the mine’s mining succession arrangement and restricts the mine’s safe and efficient production.Taking a working face in Jinjiaqu coal mine affected by the reverse fault(west flank)structure as an example,a combination of road exploration,internal drilling and 3D seismic data interpretation methods are used to study and judge the lower coal seam structure along the strike 600-994m range where the coal seam reverses and bifurcates and other geological and structural anomalies.Based on the structural changes of the coal seam in the lower part of the working face along the strike and tendency range,two sets of construction options for skipping and shortening the working face were discussed on how to optimize mining.The advantages and disadvantages of each scheme are comprehensively compared from the aspects of engineering quantity,construction period,operation link and safety control difficulty.The main transportation lane will be shifted 75m upwards and the belt transport lane(II)will be reconstructed,avoiding the area affected by the geological structure and withdrawing some of the brackets and scraper conveyors to form a new back mining system,so as to finally achieve high efficiency and maximise resource utilisation of coal seam mining in the complex structure.
