摘　　要：建设现代农机合作社是为了快速推进现代农业的发展,是新农村建设的需要。合作社通过土地租赁实现土地流转,推动农业生产向规模化、集约化和标准化发展。现代农机合作社凭借自身高标准的农机装备优势,开展社会化服务,不但实现创收,而且提高了农业机械标准化作业水平。现代农机合作社应用先进的农机化新技术,引领带动周边乡镇的农民通过科学种田,实现农业增产、农民增收。现代农机合作社的生存和发展,关键是靠严格的管理,规范化运营,才能发挥它的高效能,才会有更强的生命力。The construction of Modern Agricultural Machinery Cooperatives is to rapidly promote the development of modern agriculture and the need of new rural construction. Through land lease and land circulation,cooperatives promote the development of agricultural production towards scale,intensification and standardization. Relying on the advantages of self height standard agricultural machinery and equipment,the cooperative carries out socialized services,which not only generates income,but also greatly improves the standardized operation level of agricultural machinery. The cooperative applies advanced new agricultural mechanization technology to lead and drive the farmers in surrounding towns and townships to increase agricultural production and farmers’ income through scientific farming. The key to the survival and development of Modern Agricultural Machinery Cooperatives is to rely on strict management and standardized operation in order to give full play to its high efficiency and stronger vitality.
