摘 要:科技创新是“做大蛋糕”、推动经济高质量发展、实现共同富裕的重要保障,而高校科研管理是科技创新的重要一环。为了更好地评价高校科研管理绩效,文章以高校教师群体获得感为视角,以科研人员方不方便、满不满意作为检验改革成效的重要标准,根据教师科研工作现状及对科研管理制度的满意度和重视度进行问卷调查,通过“重要性—满意度”分析和二元Logistic回归模型,探寻影响教师科研工作整体满意度评价的关键因素及困扰科研管理改革的关键问题。研究表明,目前高校科研成果的统计与评价工作较为完善,科研创新管理为首要改革方向。绩效考评与经费管理等非科研工作未充分考虑教师的参与感与获得感。Scientific and technological innovation is an important guarantee for “making the cake bigger”, promoting high-quality economic development, and achieving common prosperity, while university scientific research management is an important part of scientific and technological innovation. In order to improve the evaluation of scientific research in universities, this paper takes teachers’ sense of acquisition as the perspective, and takes the inconvenience and dissatisfaction of scientific researchers as an important criterion, to conduct a questionnaire survey according to the current situation of teachers’ scientific research work and the satisfaction and attention to the scientific research management system. Through the importance-satisfaction analysis method and the binary logistic regression model, the key factors affecting the overall satisfaction evaluation of teachers’ scientific research work and the key problems perplexing the reform of scientific research management are explored. The research shows that the statistics and evaluation of scientific research achievements in universities are relatively complete at present, while scientific research innovation management is the primary reform direction. However, non-scientific work such as performance appraisal and funding management does not fully consider teachers’ sense of participation and acquisition.
