摘　　要：通过研究我国目前社区日间照料中心的建设运营现状,发现普遍存在资金人员匮乏、日间照料中心自身难以建立相应的医疗卫生服务能力,造成主要服务对象错位和重要服务内容缺位问题,难以实现最初的中心设立目的。在综合考虑社区医疗卫生机构现状和新医改进程的基础上,提出相应的对策建议,以充分整合资源,逐渐解决社区养老事业面临的重点与难点问题,为社区养老政策制定提供依据。Through in-depth investigation and research on current construction and operation status of community day care centers in our country,this paper finds that the centers generally lack funds and personnel,difficult to establish corresponding medical and health service capabilities itself,bring about the problems of mismatch of primary service objects and omission of importance service contents,difficult to achieve original purpose of the establishment of the center.Based on the comprehensive consideration of current situation of community medical institutions and new medical reform process,corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to fully integrate resources,gradually solve the key and difficult problems faced by the community pension business,and provide basis for the formulation of community pension policies.
